DIY: paper flowers

These paper roses are SO easy! I like to use card stock paper, any size. The size I used for this demo is 8.5 x 11. Draw a swirl on the paper.

Cut out the swirl along the line.

Starting on the outside of the swirl begin to roll the paper in toward the center of the swirl.

Roll the paper all the way to the center of the swirl.

Hold your thumb in the center and loosen rose to desired size by letting up on your thumb. Put glue on the center of your swirl (picture above) and there you go. You have a rose!

Here is a rose glued.

Here are two roses. The one in the back is glued and the one in the front has no glue. You can cut out leafs and glue them to the bottom.

I love them grouped in bunches. What are you going to do with yours?!
