DIY: ruffle necklace

I have been all about fabric jewels lately. Here is a great DIY found over at poppy chic. So cute and so easy (my favorite kind). Mine are headed over to Wild Sage if you would like to purchase one instead. And this little photo shoot was really fun for me because usually this little one runs from the camera!
