I had the BEST day yesterday! I had to deal with all of these things I really didn't want to. Auto insurance company and suspended licence, a bill our insurance was supposed to pay for our new baby, knee surgery bill questions, pt billing issues and that all that kind of stuff makes me tense in the shoulders. So I called and and called and called and each time the people I talked to were helpful and very pleasant. Also many of them gave me great news. So I thought I would try to make somebodies day as well.
